The Arisian Elder Thinkers convene in fusion to present a visualization of the cosmic conflict with Eddore, outlining the five immutable basics of their strategy: only mental force can overcome the Eddorians, the Galactic Patrol must be developed to generate that force, a new race must be bred to lead it, the Arisians will eventually be displaced as Guardians, and the Eddorians must remain ignorant of Arisia until it is too late for them to counter. The Moulders explain they have guided evolution on four key planets, including Tellus, but must now allow those civilizations to fall to avoid detection, operating through indistinguishable native forms while keeping all other Arisians away.
