What happens

Florence Levasseur appears at the Prefecture to claim the Mornington inheritance, leading to her arrest. Don Luis Perenna defends her, convinced of her innocence, but is himself arrested by Deputy Chief Weber under the name Arsène Lupin. Sergeant Mazeroux is also arrested as an accomplice. Don Luis demands to speak to Prime Minister Valenglay.
