What happens
The Crimson Circle holds its first and last meeting in the old church of St. Agnes on Powder Hill. Thalia Drummond attends, witnessing the master's orchestrated assembly and his warning about Derrick Yale and Inspector Parr. After the meeting, she transforms her appearance and goes to the Merros Club with Raphael Willings, where she sees Jack Beardmore. Later, a spy follows a man from her flat but is ambushed and captured.
