What happens
Simon brings order to Belrémy and parleys with the sheriff. He learns Alan of Montlice is captured by Lady Margaret and sends her a command to surrender the castle and release Alan. She refuses and threatens to hang Alan. Simon counters by threatening to execute her uncle and other prisoners. Under truce, Simon enters the castle alone, but when the Lady Margaret breaks the truce, he seizes her at swordpoint, forces her men to submit, and takes her hostage to ensure Alan's safety.
