What happens
The souls of the dead, including the righteous Mr. Andrews and a Turkish warrior, ascend toward the Judgment Seat. They form a bond despite their vastly different lives and beliefs. At the Gate of Heaven, each prays for the other's entry, and both are admitted. Inside, they find their expectations fulfilled but not their hopes, and they ultimately choose to leave Heaven, allowing the world soul to absorb them.
