A fire breaks out in the stable where Black Beauty and Ginger are staying.
What happens
A fire breaks out in the stable where Black Beauty and Ginger are staying. The horses panic, but James Howard bravely leads them to safety, first rescuing Black Beauty and then returning for Ginger. The fire is eventually extinguished by the fire engine, but two horses are left to die. The cause is traced to Dick Towler's carelessness with a pipe.
