## What happens

Corun and his surviving men endure a catastrophic explosion of devil-powder that destroys the castle. Amid a raging storm, Corun orders Imazu to secure the ship while he pursues Chryseis into the jungle. He confronts her on a hilltop, battles and kills the erinye Perias in a brutal struggle, but is then struck unconscious by a stone thrown by Chryseis.
