## What happens

An angel descends to earth and announces that the Son of God is coming to judge the world, having achieved final victory over Death and Hell. The angel recounts the heavenly battle: Lucifer and his hosts attempted to block the Son's advance and seize the souls of mankind, but were routed by divine power and chased from sphere to sphere. Azrael confirms the complete defeat of the fiends, and an archangel proclaims that the dead should rejoice at the coming of their Saviour.
