## What happens

Bradamante, seeking her beloved Rogero, learns from the knight Pinabel that Rogero is imprisoned by the enchanter Atlantes in a magical castle. Despite a summons to return to her army, she resolves to free him. With the help of the treacherous Brunello, she reaches the castle, uses a magic ring to resist Atlantes' enchanted shield, captures him, and frees the prisoners, including Rogero. However, Rogero mounts the Hippogriff and is carried away uncontrollably into the sky, separating the lovers once more.
